最初は流木か何かで目を傷つけたのでは？という推測をしていましたが、両目ということもあり、青色LEDによる青色光網膜傷害によって細胞が白濁したためではないかと推測します。
ショウテデニィは岩穴の暗いところに生息しているフグですので、強すぎる照明、特に青色LEDを照射せず、やや暗めの照明で飼育してみてはいかがでしょうか？
治療方法は、当分青色LEDは使わず照明を暗くして自然回復させるしか方法はないと思います。

【環境】：pH8.0以上の水質で水温は出来れば低め（26度前後）が望ましいでしょう。酸欠に弱い魚ですのでエアレーションは欠かさないほうが良いです。サテライトを使えば酸素は供給されますが、エアーはやや強めの設定にしてあげて下さい。
スバッティに限らずフグ幼魚は、いきなり大きな水槽に放り込むとどこかに隠れてしまい餌を食べられず餓死しますので、最初はサテライトLLのような容器に入れ管理します。
スバッティは隠れると落ち着きますので土管などを入れてやります。写真の土管は、ジェックス 小さな和の庭 土管を使用しています。

【混泳】：魚食性が強く攻撃的な性格なので、単独飼育を強く推奨します。

【飛び出し対策】：５㎝前後になるまでは、頻繁に飛び出しますので、隙間対策、蓋などはしっかりしておくことをお勧めします。

【餌】：基本、餌はアカムシですが、動いている餌を積極的に食べる傾向があるフグですので、冷凍アカムシなど動かない餌の食いが悪い時には生きている小さな小魚、ミルワーム、イトミミズ、小エビなどを与えます。貝類はあまり食べません。小魚を入れると魚食性が強いので追いかけて食べます。【小魚を与えた動画】
